Kieran has over 15 year’s business operational experience including seven years within the legal industry. Kieran is also recognised for his high-performance team management experience and delivering target driven results. Kieran’s first passion was in new business and client intake conversion, customer journey and client experience. Later in his career he transferred these skills to the legal industry and applied them to delivering a world class bespoke client experience.

Kieran’s main legal background started in Residential Conveyancing, from new business intake, process, operational system’s and compliance. Kieran is an expert in his field liaising with Lenders and intermediary panels, including the Law Society – CQS accreditation and the HM Land Registry business services. Kieran is very commercially aware and demonstrates a true advocacy to the brand, business development and best practice driving operational excellence.
